The nose begins with wonderful notes of spice and sugar. It is warming with a lovely thick caramel and treacle note. Fruity notes of banana, pineapple and peaches also comes through, giving it a lovely sweet edge. The palate is rich. Sugar cane, candy floss and sherried cinnamon come through. Tropical fruits play a big part here, giving it an excellent full flavoured body. The mouth feel is smooth, bringing in more caramel and vanilla notes. The finish is long an lingers on sweet brown sugar with hints of spice

This is the second release of Macallan's latest limited edition series the "Harmony Collection".

Nose: Loads of fresh and toasty malted cereal aromas, supported by earthy peat and swirls of smoke and a touch of vanilla oak.

Palate: Toasty oak, brown sugar, creamy vanilla and a touch of orchard fruit, all enveloped by ashy smoke.

Finish: Peat smoke and fresh apple linger.
